Our client is a recognised leader in the development of advanced products and services for the converging markets ofaudio, video, computer technology and the Internet.We are looking for a Software Team Leader to manage and lead the design and development of software for embedded devicesfor hard disk based networked products. As a Software Team Leader you will define software functional specifications;estimate, plan and prioritise software development in line with business requirements. Key skills and experience: -3 years minimum C/C#/C++ on Windows platform plus .Net framework experience. Minimum of 5 years product development experience, including full life-cycle development. Demonstrable ability to lead technical design reviews and to implement and manage a full software development process. Object orientated design experience. Thorough understanding or project planning, ideally using Microsoft Project.Strong leadership skills; excellent time management; must have technical expertise and interpersonal skills to earnrespect, influence and inspire the software team Self-motivated and proactive.A good degree in a science, engineering or computer related discipline. |
