Software Test Engineer Tester Test Analyst Testing (Manual Automated UI)Real World Applications: Counter Terrorism, Intelligence Operations, Major Investigation, Anti Money LaunderingUsed by Law Enforcement, (Police, FBI, CIA), Government Agencies and within the commercial sector, my client develops anaward winning range of COTS Windows software applications (C#, .NET Framework, Visual C++, COM, Visual Basic, ObjectOriented Design) used globally.We are looking for an experienced Tester to join an established team participating in the full lifecycle of softwaredevelopment. Responsibilities will include: Author and review Test Specifications, Test Plans, Test Cases, Design andconduct both Manual and Automated test processes, Liaison with software developers, Contribution to policies and scope oftestingKey Skills2+ years current experience in Software TestingExperience of testing Windows based software applicationsExperience of testing complex user interfacesExperience of producing and utilising Test Specifications, Test Plans, Test CasesAttitude of quality and diligence with commitment to continuous improvementStrong verbal and written communications skillsAutomated testing experience is desirable (TestPartner, QARun or similar) as is experience of testing databaseapplications (SQL Server, Oracle, Access)Contact Nick Tooley your Idealpeople representative. |
