This consumer publishing magazine group has recently joined forces with a key player in the industry and is consequently now looking to consolidate the businesses and undertake exciting growth plans. This planned expansion will undoubtedly ensure a busy and creative time ahead which has just started with the recent move to new plush officesChasing debts on a daily basis up to 50% of your timeForming a good working relationship with all customersReviewing the debtors list on a regular basis Analysing debtors and cash received in detail on excel on a daily basis.BankingAllocating cash on accounting package Updating all receipts from our bank statements on excel cash books and customers ledgerRaising all sales invoices and credit notesReconcile all sales account to budgetIssuing monthly statement Closing the sales ledger at month endLiaising with the commercial team for all queries on debtors.Issuing legal letters, and legal proceedings when necessaryWith 4 years experience ideally gained within a maximum of 2 roles you will have covered both the Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions and be looking for a role where you will really be able to make your mark. With a lively and friendly attitude you will be passionate about chasing debt and working as part of a team. You may well be an ICM studier although at this point in time there is no support available. |
