My clients are part of a large international group that provided high speed Internet access. They are looking for a candidate to provide high quality, sophisticated customer analysis and statistical modelling to various stakeholders throughout the company.Key responsibility:*Support Customer Relationship Management Activity by developing, implementing and monitoring a range of customer-level characteristics for use in outbound mailings, campaign evaluation and reporting.-Development of a value based segmentation of customers.-Produce regular customer profiles to help manage the development of products and services. -The application of statistical techniques such as cluster analysis, regression, and principal component analysis in order to better understand customer behaviour and attitudes.-Set-up, maintain and communicate a system of report sharing, allowing business users direct access to relevant information.-Proactive interrogation of the database directed by business objectives.Essential Requirements:-Degree educated with postgraduate qualification in statistics, Operational Research, Management Science or similar.-At least 5 years experience in a Customer Analysis environment.vReal experience in applying statistical techniques to customer data, and an understanding of associated issues.-Advanced data manipulation skills and highly competent in the use of SAS software.-Ability to interpret data analysis in the wider context of the business world.-A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.Please apply for this fantastic position today. |
