Strategic and Management Consultancy GBP 75,000 - GBP 120,000 OTE commensurate to success. This is a partner role with potential Equity Participation with target earnings of GBP 10k per month Location: Anywhere in the UK, locally based Our Client is a partner based, young, entrepreneurial Strategic Planning Consultancy that works with Business Owners in the SME sector, assisting them to determine and then achieve their strategic objectives. This is facilitated through an innovative Strategic Planning process, followed by regular attendance at Board meetings to catalyse and benchmark performance. This well respected organisation works with SMEs directly and through Accountants to provide these services for their clients, Solicitors and other professionals. As a result of growing demand for their services, and an ambitious expansion strategy, they now seek to appoint a number of additional Partners, with entrepreneurial and broad commercial backgrounds. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the owners of SME businesses to achieve their strategic objectives by facilitating and running strategic planning workshops, developing solutions which enable business owners to grow their business. Providing ongoing Board support to Business owners, you will rapidly assimilate the business issues, and through regular review meetings, benchmark their progress determined during the strategic planning process. Delivering practical business support to help the business to achieve its plans and adapt to changing business demands, either deploying yur own specialist skills, or calling on your internal or external network of business professionals. THE PERSON: Proven, well honed front line business experience at board level, ideally including P & L responsibility, and a demonstrable track record in the corporate SME sector, you will be of graduate calibre. Extensive general business experience, together with the gravitas and ability to run Strategic Planning sessions and provide ongoing Board support. Ability to work independently, or as a member of a small focussed team, mentoring and coaching, sharing best practice with your clients and colleagues. Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build, develop and sustain effective business relationships, where Business to Business marketing and sales skills will be essential. You must have the confidence to analyse and present corporate business solutions on a conceptual basis. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, have empathy with the SME market and have worked at Board level as an MD or FD or similar.
