Study for Success Trainer !!PURPOSE OF JOB:The individual, reporting to the Department Leader, New Investment Representatives Training is responsible for providing the skills and technical knowledge required to develop professional Investment Representatives who are able help individual investors to reach their long-term investment goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for managing the training programme for the Securities and Financial Planning exams.To provide ongoing coaching and technical support to trainee Investment Representatives via conference calls, e-mail, individual phone calls and face to face environments.To contribute to the growth of the firm.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:To provide a technical helpline for questions from Trainee Investment Representatives relating to the Financial Planning and Securities exams.To Design study calendars and in-house training materialsTo lead technical group conference calls and introductory sessions for each examination paper.To respond to queries from trainees and other departments regarding supporting the New Investment Representatives training programme.To closely monitor trainee progress, providing coaching and mentoring support where necessary.To communicate trainee examination results globally?Liaising with training providers and examining bodies to maintain and improve service standard and understanding.To be committed to personal development, including passing the CIS, CF 1-5 examinations within the first year in the position.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Preferably degree qualified.CIS, FPC1, 2 and 3 qualified preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience of working in a training environment and creating training material / producing curriculum would be advantageousHighly articulate, able to explain difficult concepts in an easy to understand way.A confident manner with proven ability to interact with people and deliver enthusiastic presentations in a group environmentExcellent organisational skills.Computer literate, competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet users.Attention to detail with the ability to manage change.TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED:Excellent communicator, both written and oral in order to converse effectively with all levels and all disciplines within the firm and to represent the company externally.A positive and professional attitude is essential with a strong awareness of customer service.A pro-active individual, able to respond to a rapidly changing environment and to make difficult decisions under pressure.An energetic, people-orientated individual who enjoys one to one coaching and developing diverse candidates to fulfil their potential.To Apply contact Alison Eden on 0207 5635999 or email ali.eden@huntress.co.uk.
