Description:

This expanding M&E Contractor with a turnnover of GBP 10 Million are recruiting a Sub-Contract Buyer. Preferably someone atan intermediate level but possibly more Senior.Candidates will need design & build experience to be considered. Candidates from a solely or predominantely materialbuying or house building background will not be considered.Must have at least 2 - 5 years experience in sub-contract procurement in design & build industrial & commercialconstruction.It is likely the successful candidate will have CIOB, CIPS, HND/HNC, OND/ONC qualifications although this is notessential.The position will be generally based at Bedford with frequent visits to site, but as with all Buyers, it may occasionallybe necessary for the position to be site based for specific projects.
