: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a project focused supply chain manager. Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Giving direction and line management to the purchasing & supply team Working with proposal teams, Project managers and other departments to bring integration of operations and maximise opportunities Negotiating with major suppliers to optimise discounts and service Analysis and management of supplier base and spend Creating and implementing cost saving opportunities and process improvement Support for purchasing tools Management reporting Forecasting and scheduling of orders on suppliers Discussions with national/ international teams on local and global agreements and supplier preferences (some travel expected) Producing overdue reports for the team and costing models for major projects
