To control and maintain the article forecast for the Companys Industrial OE and Replacement businesses in the Group IT systems.To actively liaise with Marketing and Sales functions to ensure that the article forecast is in line with the Business Units overall goals and objectives.To act as the main customer service contact for both OE and Direct Shipment (DS) customers, liaising with them regarding forecasts, order status and promoting a close and productive working relationship with them.To control the DS and OEM customer order process from order placement to invoice creation.To maximise the DS forward order potential, subject to customer ordering process.To monitor replenishment orders calculated and created by system runs and ensure that they are sufficient to meet the business needs.To actively manage the order books, implementing the must have/ fair share policy, rescheduling orders where necessary and monitoring and solving unconfirmed orders, taking into account dynamic availability.To monitor and solve supply issues, which endanger customer orders, in conjunction with the Supply Chain Planners.To prioritise supply between RDC and DS customer orders according to priorities defined by the business.To liaise with the Supply Chain Planners in the plants to optimise supply for all customer orders and service the forecast and safety stock levels.To report to the business about the current and future availability of supply for all Industrial products.To coordinate information between the customer, the sales force and the Planning Team regarding lost sales, growing sales and further business potential.To develop measurement and report on the performance of the supply chain in conjunction with the Direct Supply Support Manager.To continually ensure that all supply chain processes lead to improved levels of customer service.To actively promote a team ethic throughout the supply chain.To develop and maintain close working relationships with both internal and external customers.To provide a high standard of customer care and promote company quality standards at all times.DISCLAIMER - If you have not received a response within 7 days, on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful.
