: Support analyst for leading CRM/Mobile Billing s/w house to move into business analysis!! Description Support Analyst with CRM/ Mobile Billing industry experience is needed at one of the Worlds leading telco consultancies. With strong global presence, you will provide application support to their international clients. You will need good development skill and will have at least 2 years application support experience in customer care and billing products like Arbor, Geneva, Amdocs or Portal. You will gain training in their range of products and receive on going training and support in a number of technologies, billing and CRM applications.You will need good SQL and 3GL programming and ideally some Oracle and Unix experience.
