My client is a proven market leading Software House that is widely regarded as one of the best companies to work for in the UK. They have numerous impressive sites across the UK and are looking for a Support Consultant to join their Cambridgeshire based offices. You will be responsible for analysing & resolving customer problems on their HR software. This is a highly customer orientated position so you must have excellent customer service/focused skills. You must have min 1-2yrs applications support experience with a good understanding of Oracle HR. You need a good understanding of customer support procedures and be able to work to tight SLAs. My client will provide exposure to the very latest technologies hence the career prospects are fantastic! They are recognized as being highly people-focused hence the training is superb!
