The Role:You'll be part of a large team spread over 5 offices giving bespoke support for National Estates, Incoming Site Sharingand Central Acquisition, Estates and Planning Strategy teams, so some travel between the offices will be essential.You'll be assisting the National team in developing the detailed processes and required systems to maximise efficiencyand minimise deployment costs for the expansion of the Orange mobile network.Ensuring targets are set, performance is measured and reported upon and process improvements are identified andimplemented. Acting as the main interface with other teams across Implementation, both regionally and X-regionally andalso within Infrastructure Expansion.You'll manage relationships with a number of internal stakeholders and act as the main department representative on anumber of internal working groups and Forums.Must Haves:You'll need to demonstrate experience of the following:- The ability to take on tasks both simple and complicated projects and tasks on behalf of the whole department andensure they are completed / fully implemented. Good planning and organising skills and focus on delivery.- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as being able to influence and persuade when theoccasion requires.- Very good IT skills with both bespoke Company Systems and standard office programmes.Nice to Haves:It would be great if you had these skills too:- Worked in a Telecom Environment.- Exceptionally good communicator.- Absolute drive and ambition to get every job completed and successfully implemented with little management required (tobe able to work autonomously).The Department:The Role Holder will fit into a large multi disciplined National Estates team comprising 55 people based in 5geographical offices (Bristol, Acton, Solihull, Manchester, Tannochside). This is effectively a property departmentmanaging all of Orange's network base station (transmitters) estate.Location: Solihull |
