This role involves supporting the development team by investigating problems reported by clients, troubleshooting and then escalating to development team to implement fix. There is the long-term potential to move into straight development position. You will support 3 different Data Services API's & gain exposure to many platforms & architectures. Requirements: 3 yrs C/C++ development on UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and some Windows, awareness of networking issues (TCP/IP, bottlenecks), XML schemas & development support and troubleshooting experience. Must have strong Computing degree & be an excellent communicator.
