: Windows Server 2000/2003, Sage Our client a leading national organisation in its field require a IT Support Engineer to join their IT Services team. The role is to provide support to an existing client base and internal users mainly running on SBS 2003 Server, Windows Servers, XP/2000 workstations and Sage software such as Line50, MMS, Line 100. Most support is provided remotely however some on-site service is required where you will be involved in installations and up-grades. You must have commercial experience of MS Server technology from Windows 2000 to 2003. Experience of Sage installation and user support is required. Being Microsoft qualified such as MCP/MCSE would add weight to your application. The nature of the role requires you to be presentable and have the ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner via telephone and face to face.
