Responsibilities:Develops and builds relationship with assigned customers and internal company groups Collaboratively maintains information flow with sales, district managers and other internal organizations of customer account action and needsCollaborate with sales, district managers and other internal organizations to ensure required company and client documentation is accurate, accessible and included as necessaryInvolvement in all negotiations regarding pricing, terms and conditions and support deliverables (support deliverables to be discussed and approved by support management)Contacts customer and reviews maintenance renewal quotation for requirements and accuracyEscalate renewal issues as requiredUpsells servicesMaintains billing Forecast spreadsheet.Maintains Lost Business spreadsheetEnsures receipt of required documents for processing renewals (purchase order & signed contract)Manages customer support hold process and advise CSA when accounts need to receive notification lettersReviews maintenance renewal information prepared by CSAProvides backup for quoting/billing if needed by the CSAKey Skills & Requirements:Essential:Minimum 1 years experience in support sales or account managementKnowledge of fundamentals of sales processes and practicesSelf starter, able to work effectively in a highly dynamic, cross functional environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, under minimal supervision Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles and strives to improve skills and achieve goalsExcellent organizational skills Proficient in use of standard office automation tools and MS Office suite Ability to learn fundamentals of in-house software systemsStrong analytical skillsProfessional demeanor demonstrating strengths in both verbal and written communication skillsGood negotiation skillsClient/customer service focusedPreferred:Experience in a software, telecommunications or enterprise solutions environmentCore Competencies:Takes initiativeAchieve results Communicate effectivelyPlanning and organizationProblem solvingCustomer focusEducational Requirements:Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred or equivalent work experience |
