: Our client, a Corporate Property Investment and Development Company situated in St Pauls in the heart of the city require an experienced Switchboard Operator/ Telephonist to answer their extremely busy incoming phone lines. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role and use of a Mytel Switchboard would be a distinct advantage. Duties and Responsiblities: Answering extremely busy incoming phone lines in a courteous and timely manner. Confident and timely use of Mytel switchboard to transfer calls. Please note that the role is pure switchboard and transferring calls rather than a Reception role. The operators deal with approximately 3300 incoming calls daily in an often pressurised environment. Therefore the ideal candidate will thrive in a busy and demanding environment. The company is highly corporate but with a work hard/ play hard ethos, which creates a friendly and happy environment.
