My client is a highly successful cash-rich market leader with impressive operations all over the UK. They are looking for a Systems Analyst to join their West Birmingham based operations. You will be responsible for providing analysis of IT requirements & design solutions to meet those requirements. You will also support the testing & implementation of solutions. Senior Systems Analyst positions will require you to play the lead role in definition & application of analysis/design standards & methods along with supervisory responsibilities. You MUST have min 2yrs (4yrs for Senior roles) proven systems analysis experience with the majority of the following skills: requirement analysis & documentation; functional specification; database modelling, design & SQL; online & batch systems design; process modelling techniques; problem solving & solutions delivery. You will ideally have knowledge of the process and interfaces of the deregulated electricity market.
