: Our client is now looking for a Systems Engineer who will manage and lead projects relating to the delivery of components or sub systems engineering according to the project timing. You will co-operate with program teams, suppliers, manufacturing, styling and purchasing. Key responsibilities will be ordering and supplying of components and supporting rig and vehicle test, analysing internal test standards and creating project delivery plans. You will be responsible for the development of individual component(s) and systems releasing parts. Qualified to degree level and with specific Engineering knowledge within an automotive engineering system or sub system, you will have the ability to project manage and use the appropriate quality tools and techniques eg. FMEA, DFA. Experience of relevant components, systems, materials and production processes used in the manufacture of the components is essential. Knowledge and understanding of modern materials and manufacturing processes would be advantageous as would experience of product change systems. |
