Their workload is a very secure one and one which gives them a great springboard to explore other areas.The primary focus will be on supporting the local authority on capital works projects, which vary in value from GBP 300,000to GBP 5 million. This work will predominately fall into the educational and healthcare markets and given these are the twomajor growth areas today, this will be a big plus.The company are willing to consider individuals from commercial/residential type backgrounds, although they would preferexperience in the educational field.It is essential though that at the Team Leader level, this individual will possess excellent design experience, coupledwith good leadership skills.They are willing to give some training at the Technician level and see these appointments as being key to their success.We are very keen to hear from individuals who may fit this profile, or at a less senior level who feel they are capableof such roles.You can expect to be rewarded well by this organisation and to be given a very interesting workload.Please call us now and find out how you can make a difference.
