:A pharmaceuticals company based in Lutterworth are looking for a Team Leader to join their New Team. Ideally you will have team leader experience preferably in sales or distribution and have fantastic leader ship skills which would be advantageous. Ideally you will have excellent communication and man management skills to the highest standard. Good working knowlegde of a target driven environment and kwowledge of working with KPI's and strict deadlines would also be an advantage . The company offers on going staff development and there is room for progression and promotion. In return our Client offers an excellent salary package GBP 18 - 20k Depending on experience and excellent benefits includes: 25 days holiday**Pension**Private Health care** and Profit Related Pay**. This is a full time position and you will need to be flexible between 8.30 and 17.30. |
