Our client, a large Bristol based call centre firm need a Team Leader to manage an outbound telesales team.The Team Leader will need team leading experience gained in a call centre environment. The Team Leader will have managedinbound and outbound teams. The Team Leader will need experience of managing team performance, KPIs, discipline, coachingand staff development. This Team Leader role will also involve contact with clients, so good professional client facingskills are also relevant. The Team Leader will be able to lead by example and will probably have been an agent on thephone in the past. The Team Leader will have strong leadership qualities, good planning and organising skills,communication skills, team work and interpersonal skills. The Team Leader may work on campaigns with 9pm finishes.The Team Leader will start on a temp to perm basis, when perm able to negotiate GBP 16-19k, paid equivalent hourly rateinitially. |
