At a Glance:In this role, you will achieve and develop sales within the administration section of the Hypermarket, whilst promotingand maintaining the highest standards of administration and customer service at all times.What you'll be doing:For our customer:You will lead your team to achieve and maintain high levels of service in all areas of their work, whilst dealing withany complex issues yourself.For our company:In addition, you'll maintain a high level of customer service and play an important role in weekly training sessions. Youwill be required to build your working knowledge of all key European and Worldwide destinations so that you are familiarwith other tour operators and all First Choice products.What we're looking for:Essential:- Administration experience.Desirable:- 1year+ experience in managing staff at supervisory level.- Knowledge of travel-related IT system.Job_Division: MainstreamLocation: Sheffield |
