At a Glance:In this role, you will achieve and develop sales within the Sales section and you will promote and maintain the higheststandards of customer service at all times.What You'll Be Doing:For our customer:You will lead your team to achieve and maintain high levels of service in all areas of their work, whilst dealing withany complex issues yourself.For our company:You will be required to build your working knowledge of all key European and Worldwide destinations so that you arefamiliar with other tour operators and all First Choice products.What We're Looking For:Essential:2 years' + sales experience in target-based sales environment.Desirable:1 year's + experience in managing staff at supervisory level.Knowledge of travel-related IT system.Job_Division: MainstreamLocation: Gateshead |
