Due to continued demand for their products our client is looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager. Theirleading-edge test products are sold into the mobile marketplace and they are true leaders in terms of technology andinnovation in this growing marketplace.Key Skills required Good understanding of test methodologies Strong technical background At least 2 years in a customer facing environment Working knowledge of C and UI/MMIYou will be supporting the account managers throughout the sales cycle from pre-sales support to successful installation.In addition to writing technical documentation you will be the first contact to resolve any potential issues. You willalso be responsible for developing and delivering customer training programs.This role will require a significant amount of travel with a large proportion of your time spent dealing directly withcustomers. This represents an excellent opportunity to further develop your existing customer skills in a small, dynamicorganisation. |
