: My Client is a well established market leader in fresh produce who are renowned for their high standard of quality products. They are recruiting a technical co-ordinator to join their expanding team and to help maintain and develop the factory Technical and Quality Management Systems, in order to achieve the highest quality and technical standards whilst at the same time reducing costs. You will be reporting to the site Technical Leader whilst working as part of a team. Your main responsibilities will be the health and safety of your colleagues and visitors, at the same time as developing the on site technical standards to include industry best practice and World Class Manufacturing. The successful candidate will develop internal KPIs and KPMs, analysing the results and implementing improvement strategies. Applicants must be effective communicators both internally and externally working closely with customers to ensure the best possible service. You will be responsible for your team, making sure it is motivated and meeting specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have competent computer skills, BRC standard or equivalent, HACCP auditing experience and experience with food hygiene within the food industry.
