The purpose of this position is provide full working drawings, specification and technical support to all at both the Head Office and site based staff for this exceptional property developers based in Essex, under direct supervision of the Technical Team Leader. Key responsibilities are as follows: Supervising technicians and trainees Providing technical risk assessments Liaising and coordinating with outside consultants Providing technical assistance to site based personnel Visiting site when required Checking teamwork and attending project meetings Producing working drawings and specifications:The purpose of this position is provide full working drawings, specification and technical support to all at both the Head Office and site based staff for this exceptional property developers based in Essex, under direct supervision of the Technical Team Leader.
