Our client has invented and developed the commercially manufactured flexible plastic display technology and they arelooking for a Technical Engineer who will be responsible for maximising the efficiency of existing manufacturingprocesses and the development of new processes in order to achieve the companies objectives.You will posses:- Qualified science degree to BSc- Min 5 years experience Electronics Industry (Production or Process based)Must Have:- SMT- Project management skills- Programming skills in VBA, Labview- Familiar with SPC, ideally six sigma green belt- Knowledge of ISO standards- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practicePlus the following:- Analytic problem solver- Attention to detail- Organisational skills- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office ProfessionalAnd you will be a good problem solver with a high level of cost and efficiency and its impact on business performance.and the possession or the following personal attributes:- Good oral and written communications skills- Good interpersonal skills- Creative/innovative- Cost and business awareness- Coaching skills- Self motivated and the ability to motivate others
