My Client requires a Technical Manager to maintain their position as market leader in hi-density electronics and provideinnovative and leading edge guidance and management of a team of 4 electronic design engineers.Having at least 3 years experience at Senior Engineering/Manager level and demonstrating the flair and ability to runthis busy department to the highest standard of customer satisfaction and technical competence, the successful candidatewill display excellent organisational skills, have proven man management experience and meet the following criteria PCB/Thick Film Hybrid design experience Degree or equivalent in electronics Keen commercial awareness and customer satisfaction ethos Strong communication and interpersonal skills Authoritative and competent personality Ambitious and target drivenThis is a customer facing role and would suit a smart and commanding individual who wishes to advance their career inthis dynamic industry.
