A major mobile software house requires a Market Propositions Technical Account Director to work closely with Network Operators to understand their needs. Th e individual focus will be on delivering value by analysing and communicating how well the software meets key customer needs, and on delivering benefits to network operators through providing an effective channel of technical communication. The role will involve presenting and communicating to all levels of employee within network operator partners.The successful candidate will be educated to degree level within a technical discipline. Experience in a customer-facing role with a responsibility for maintaining key relationship. Experience of Symbian OS product development or support and experience of requirements writing, reviewing and management in commercial projects is essential. |
