Description:

Project manager required from pre-sales feasibility and scoping to post implementation review.The successful candidate will also be technically adept in the following areas:Knowledge of accounting system structures and functionality: General Ledger, Sales Ledger, Nominal Ledger, Stock movements and customer allocation tables, Solid understanding of database design (structures and functionality) with in-depth practical experience of SQL, MS SQL Server version 7 and 2000 server (set-up and configuration) and client tools,Excel, Access and MS Query scripting,File transfer protocols including FTP, KERMIT, Experience of CRM/SFA systems, Experience using MS Project (or similar) to plan and track multiple parallel projects. If possible the successful candidate should have had exposure to one or more of the following (or similar) applications: SAP, NaVision, Cognos, Business Objects, JBA, BPCS, Siebel, Pivotal, Goldmine, Sales Logix, Tetra Chameleon & CS3, Sage, Pegasus, XKO, Kerridge. In addition to a strong project management background, excellent commercial awareness and an exceptional customer focus, the successful candidate will be an energetic, career-minded self-starter who is seeking an opportunity where they can influence and build the customer focus of an expanding organisation.
