Description:

: A leading radio frequency applications organisation are looking for a Technical Sales and Marketing executive to manage Projects, Business Development and Customer Relationships effectively. This role is ideally suited to a team player who is confident in handling challenging situations with a proactive and innovative approach. This role will report to the Business Development Manager, and involves liasing with board level management on a daily basis. Main Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Operations Officer and Business Development Manager in Sales and Marketing including seeking new customers and liaising with existing customers Prepare quotations on RF systems and follow up all enquiries Prepare quotations for spare parts for any equipment that the company and sister companies sell. Discuss and negotiate sales contracts with customers and potential customers for the fitting and retro fitting of RF technology to sealing equipment Conduct meetings with customers and potential customers and give presentations on RF and other technologies. Visit customers and potential customer's premises and give presentations on RF and other technologies Conduct meetings with customers or potential customers with RF engineers to discuss and evaluate in detail the possibility of retro fitting RF to their equipment and advise the Business Development Manager and others on the commercial aspects of a situation To assist in the sales and marketing of various products Arrange testing of packaging material s from customers In conjunction with the Business Development Manager, to prepare and write protocols for test regimes. The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished, multi-skilled sales engineer with proven track record within the disciplines of Project Management, Business Development and Customer Relationships. Further you will have experience in budgetary planning, forecasting, market strategy and contract account management. You will be experienced in accurately writing reports, proposals and presentations for perspective clients and for existing customers. Knowledge and experience of RF technology would be an advantage but not essential. Current full clean driving licence required. The salary for the role will be GBP 25k, plus bonus, company car, 25 days holiday and share options.
