Technical Support Analyst (citrix) - Gai Leeds Technical Support Analyst required. Skills essential for the role: Citrix, Windows 2000 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server, LAN/WAN, WINS/DNS/DHCP. My Client requires a 2nd/3rd line Technical Support Analyst for their Leeds office. The Ideal candidate will have some Citrix experience as the role will demand a high degree of Citrix knowledge in the future, training will be given and your CCA/CCEA will be gained. Duties will include regular checks, detailed fault finding and analysis, fixes, maintenance, administration and deployment of the 25 servers in the farm. Project skills, capacity planning and report techniques all desirable. This will be very much a Citrix orientated support role and as such candidates must be prepared to become a guru in this area. Role would suit someone with a degree from a support background who would like to specialise.
