We are looking to recruit a talented I.T. Technical Support person to join an established internal technical teamproviding support to clients across the business. As the ideal candidate you will be of Graduate calibre, gaining a 1stor 2.1 in an IT subject, preferably IT engineering, Computer Science or other related computer degree. You will need tohave experience of SQL servers, FTP servers, Cisco networking, databases and be of a good support background. Anexperience of supporting local authorities, the public sector or Law enforcement agencies would also be beneficial. Thisis a customer focused position so it is extremely important that the successful candidate has excellent interpersonalskills, is polite and presentable and operates in a highly professional manner. The role may require occasional travelacross the UK, so you must be willing to do this as and when required.
