To supply technical solutions, specification, verification and support for all aspects of the business.To provide a technical support role to the field Technical Sales Executives and coordinate/communicate with other areasof the business to ensure all customer requirements are met.Control all aspects of any technical, research, product development or projects.Ensure all product documentation is created, issued, maintained and archived to enable repeatability, reliability andquality of the product.Ensure all jigs and production aids are kept under control and are adequately maintained.Customer query handling and concern resolution as required.Facilitating effective resolution and communication to all interested parties of customer enquiries, requirements andconcerns/problems.Managing and controlling all aspects of contractual related technical, research, productdevelopment projects.Supporting internal departments with technically related projects, problems or investigations as required.Continued investigation and technical support for the efficient processing and control of manufactured company productsas resources allow.Support the maintenance and control of the I.S.O. system.Ensure Health and Safety is considered in any aspect of your employment.Resolve action and /or report any Health & Safety issues.Qualification CriteriaKnowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Procedures.Awareness of Compliance procedures.Comprehensive understanding of Engineering principlesMinimum 3 year experience within an Engineering environment.Occupational or Technical CompetenciesComprehensive knowledge of Company Products.I.T.Literate.Able to demonstrate good Presentation and communication skills both written and oral. |
