Quite literally, to be part of this company, would ensure that your own skills are continually being challengedand strengthened.Technical Support Engineer (Product Specialist)In a nutshell, the main role is to receive, process and resolve technical and application calls as well as quality andproduct reliability issues.Responsibilities;-Provide specialised product and application supportSupporting both the customer and Field Service TechniciansAnalysis of warranty partsSupport the processIf any issues cannot be resolved over the phone, this will then mean site visitThis is an office based role, however, this role will involve a certain degree of travel, both within the UK, Europe andworldwide. This may often be with little notice.This would be an electronics biased role, however, you will need a good understanding of mechanics too.The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of TTO equipment. This could be maintenance and / or installation andassociated equipment. Horizontal and vertical frmo fill and seal, labellers and thermo form. You will preferably becurrently working as a Field Service Engineer. You need to be very flexible with regards to travelling and very very opento learning new skills. You need to be self motivated, capable of working as part of a team.
