Responsibilities/ duties;Will be the primary trainer for specific product group and will be secondary trainer for another product group.Be capable of stand-in training on other product ranges.Complete assessment reports on all students attending his/her courses, including recommendations as necessary.Produce, maintain and update all training materials, including lesson plans, OHPsIdentify weak students and propose or initiate necessary field support action, such as field accompaniment.Maintain library copies of all Training literatureAttend any function to do with Technical Support.Qualifications / Skills / Experience;Educated to GCSE / GCE and BTEC level with electromechanical skills.PC LiterateExperience in a technical training environment.Will have gained experience as a field technician and have progressed to the level of Technical Specialist or Supervisorand have had responsibility for Field Training.Ability to construct formal lesson plans.Minimum of 5 years working on low-mid range volume copiers.Benefits;Excellent Basic Salary, plus bonuses, Company Car, Company Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life assurance.Ongoing training and excellent career prospects for the right candidates. |
