Telecoms Support Engineer required for a leading global company,- At least 12 months experience of working on a Realitisnetwork doing software moves and changes and fault diagnositics and resolution. Duties: voice network infrastructure andterminal equipment fault resolution within SLA targets, including voicemail system and Call Logger system. Customerservice incident resolution within SLA targets. Mobile telephony customer service incident resolution within SLA targets.Voice network moves and changes in accordance with customer Service Requests, including voicemail system administration,call logging system administration and PABX extension database administration within the terms of the SLA. Management ofmobile phone contracts with service suppliers on behalf of the customer including provision of new handsets and billingprocesses. Ad hoc Call Logger reports as requested by customers. Production of monthly client billing information andmanagement reports. Checking and clearing of bills received from BT and other service providers for line rentals and callcharges. Planning of larger and more complex moves and changes including preparation of quotes and implementation of thejob. Management of PABX configuration including digit translation, route selection, route restriction and routeoptimisation tables and group facilities. Permanent role salary.Start ASAP. |
