Telecoms/Voice Analyst required with Avaya product support skills for a hands on roleinvolving all Voice / telephony related technology used in a call centre environment. The role is to support Avaya telephony systems for number of sites in the south east but predominately based in East Sussex. You will be involved in project work for example updating systems and the day to day administration of all of the systems. Predominantly used is Avaya and Lucent based equipment so Avaya products experiencewould be nice though training would be considered for the right candidate and any of the following would be desirable: Rockwell spectrum, ACD, Btex STS ACD Lucent Definity, also an advantage would be experience of support of Auto diallers and call recording products (Concerto/Davox Dialler and Witness and Tisl Used here) though experience with other dialler/call recorder products is OK. You will be the first line of support to all users of telephony systems, so excellent interpersonal and support skills are paramount.
