Based in Ashton, the successful candidate will organise and supervise the Telesales Department, to achieve budgetedtargets and will be responsible for Telesales Consultants and the Telesales Department in general. You will achieve thefollowing standards in these key areas:Supervision:* Achieve Telesales annual and period sales targets* Recruit, Train, Supervise, Motivate and if necessary discipline the Telesales Consultants.* Prepare period and cumulative statistics for the Sales Manager* On a period basis calculate commission for each Telesales Consultant, and present to Sales Director* Ensure database is continually updated with qualified prospects. As a separate project the database should be checkedfor accuracy of information to avoid/remove duplication of prospects.* On a regular basis analyse the whole database, and as necessary supply information and recommendations to ensure thelevel of prospects is adequate to meet sales targets.General:* Ensure that Telesales work closely and efficiently with Field Sales, National Accounts and other departments asnecessary to maximise selling time* Ensure that Telesales promote the best image of the Company through professionalism and courtesy, both with prospectsand other Departments* Attend Sales Directors and Regional Sales Team meetings as required.* Undertake any other reasonable duties within the scope of the job as requested.If you feel you have the skills and experience necessary to succeed within this position, then please simply send your CVwhen applying via the button shown. |
