GBP 25k Telesales Executive / Uncapped OTE / 23 Days Holiday / Pension / Career Progresion into Account Manager / Pension / Private Health Care Our client is a Market leader within the Office Funiture market place, due to a continued aggressive growth program they are quickly becoming the main player in this diverse industry. Unprecedented growth has made a position for a highly motivated inside sales person to join their fantastic organisation. You will have opportunity to maintain and grow your contacts within the industry giving you the scope to move into a field based account manager role, within a realistic time scale. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years inside sales experience, but most of all you must have the hunger and drive to be the best and achieve the highest sales figures within you team week in week out, and have the ability to build long lasting relationships with their key accounts. This role offers a very realistic career progession for the right candidate to account manager status and beyond. Remuneration will be a basic of GBP 16 - 20k + with an uncapped commission structure.
