Your role will be to maintain and improve the customer base and profitability of our existing clients and the generationof new clients. Contact by phone all existing clients once a month. Send out Letters to prospective customers to followup and gain trade. Maintain accurate information on database, identify New Leads add to database. Deal with incomingenquiries/orders from Phone and Fax and website.Ensure prompt processing of orders received to distribution. Advise accounts of daily orders for invoicing. Report weeklyfor new business gained (Activity/Productivity).Report weekly invoice revenue. Downloading, processing and invoicing internet parts/chemical orders.
