TELESALES / TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE GBP 20-GBP 23,000 basic + uncapped OTELondon BridgeJOB SUMMARYTo provide Qualified Appointments and leads to the field sales team working with my clients databases and responding to inboundenquiries To work on any sales lead generation campaigns as required within the sales and marketing plan Customer surveys and canvassing programmes as requiredESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Respond to all enquires in a professional manner in line with the clients Enquiry Management process To maintain data and continually develop new prospects via saleslogix for our campaigns Review daily, weekly and monthly performance to achieve targets Report on personal activity as required To communicate all sales appointments to the sales team in line with the company Enquiry Management Process To book a minimum of 25 qualified appointments a month Achieve 120 calls per day, reach 30 decision makers and produce 2 qualified appointmentsOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES To provide assistance with mailshots and follow up targeted telemarketing To actively support other team membersEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED At least 2 years experience in a B2B cold calling environment Proactive, flexible and energetic with an excellent telephone manner Excellent interpersonal and communication skills You must enjoy a sales driven environment of goal setting, achievement and some pressure You must recognise the importance of both your External and Internal customersSTANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE Meet or exceed set targets Deal with enquiries within the enquiry management process Accurately update sales logix with all call and prospect details Display courtesy at all times to customers and colleagues Exhibit professional attitude, image and method of operation and seek improvements in the processes Excellent attendance record and timekeeping is required |
