This worldwide recruitment brand are looking for a Consultant to join their Managed Services Division.You will need to have a good understanding of the temporary recruitment process, ideally with some banking recruitmentexoerience, however, this is not essential.The desk takes on average 250 temps roles per month and you would be required to assist in placing at least a third ofthese vacancies ranging from junior data entry clerks to experienced ops and finance staff.This is a growing division and my client is looking for someone who can lead, motivate, drive the business forward andwork remotely. There will be at least one resourcer assigned to you to manage and full admin support and autonomy in therole.The financial remuneration for this role is excellent and compromises a salary and bonus paid on jobs filled.Attitude for this role is key; relationship building, enthusiasm, a real passion for recruitment, a can do mentality andthe sense of urgency that is always a neccessity when running a busy temps desk. |
