Principal responsibilities will include submission of planning and GPDO applications, pre consultation with localplanning authorities, submission of planning appeals and provision of advice to the acquisition team on planning matters.You will be required to take into account all relevant legislation, government advice, structure and planning guidancefrom local authorities and provide high quality and professional advice to external clients. You must be qualified todegree level in Town Planning and ideally have public and private sector planning experience.Membership of the RTPI would be desirable. |
