Due to our continued success and growthwe are looking to recruit an additional person to join our Finance team. Reporting to Financial Controller you willdevelop within the finance team and take on additional responsibilities as you grow with the team. Initialresponsibilities shall include:* Building relationships with clients, you shall be responsible for effectively managing and maintaining the AccountsReceivable Sub Ledger.* Working with account managers, you shall be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, ensuring stringent cashbudgets and DSO targets are met* Responsible for the production of project accounts and the calculation of gross margin by client.* Working with our Payroll Bureau, ensuring accurate and timely payment of payroll, commissions and overtime* Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations with follow up and clearing of reconciling items* Monthly preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations with follow up and clearing of reconciling items* Ad hoc involvement in monthly management accounts preparation* With Company Sponsorship study for a profession qualification (ACCA)It is likely that this person will be a graduate with strong numerical and spreadsheet skills who is currently studyingfor the ACCA qualification. You should have a good business aptitude and be keen to get involved in all areas offinancial management. Most importantly, we are looking for a good team player.
