Based at the clients central Bristol office the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying applicants, advertising vacancies and handling responses, entering activity on the database, organising interviews between the client and candidate and working closely with an established consultant. Candidates looking to apply will ideally possess some Recruitment experience but the client will be happy to receive applications from tele/ field sales people who are looking to move into this rewarding and lucrative industry sector, applicants will additionally possess exceptional communication skills, a confident, driven and ambitious nature and they will be highly presentable.
