We currently have vacancies for graduates to join our Trainee Recruitment Consultant development programme.No experience is required as we provide comprehensive business training and full support. Successful consultants atMatchtech Group PLC come from a wide variety of backgrounds both academically and professionally. We have graduates fromarts to sport science to humanities. Previous experience ranges from call centre to telesales to estate agent.Matchtech Group PLC have been established for 20 years and have grown to be one of the largest technical recruitmentconsultancies in the UK. Our annual turnover has reached GBP 95 million, and our growth rate has been an average of GBP 26% forthe last 10 years. Our continuing success had been due to selecting and retaining the very best consultants.We have steadily expanded and we employ over 180 staff at our offices in Whiteley. We currently have vacancies forgraduates to join our Trainee Recruitment Consultant development programme.No experience is required as we provide comprehensive business training and full support. Althoughwe are a technical consultancy, a technical based degree is not a pre requisite for the role, as our training programmewill enable you to converse with confidence and expertise in your specific field.The most important aspects that we look for in a potential recruitment consultant are more to do with personality andattitude.
