As a recruitment consultant you will be primarily telephone based, working on your own defined market and territory supplying candidates to meet the needs of your clients. The core elements of the role are new business development, account management, negotiation and candidate generation, we will provide full training in all of these areas. You will be working in a fun but hectic environment filled with young successful, enthusiastic individuals like yourself who all enjoy and share in the success and lifestyle the role provides.
