Salary: | GBP 14,000 to GBP 26,000 per year (GBP 14k base with OTE GBP 26k+ car allowance) |
Description: |
This will be achieved through a 12 week structured training programme, throughout which specific milestones must beachieved in order to progress to the next level of training. The role will involve both classroom and field training, andwill be measured and monitored by the Training Department, the Sales Manager and the Regional Director.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities Results Orientation Competitiveness Energy Persuasion and Negotiation Planning and Organisation Interpersonal skills Questioning skills Drive and initiativeDriving licenceMust have current driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, which is free from disqualifications.IT skillsWorking knowledge of a Windows-based application is highly desirable.PresentationMust have smart, professional appearance.Previous experiencePrevious experience of sales is desirable, eg. in retail, telemarketing/telesales, customer service, estate agency,recruitment or similar. |
