The Role : Several roles exist from resourcers to consultants handling perm or contract positions. This company will not handle search only contingency recruitment. Personal coaching to bring everyone up to speed quickly. The Candidate : The most basic qualification is sales - at least 6 mths - VERY successful. Ideally you will have come from a recruitment background (white-collar and professional), demonstrating success consistently and looking for an opportunity to broaden your sights and do even better! The timing is right now if your interested. It's early days in a company that is doing everything right and has used this formula successfully before with superb results. |
